IRC Tagging System;
Tags regarding the XTC Roleplay are referred to as ''Dog Tags'' and document a member's status within the community; these are always positioned at the beginning of a user-name when in a channel/chatroom. This makes identification easier.
Tech fighters are also issued ''Tech Tags'' to distinguish what facet of the Technical Battle System a particular character uses; these tags are positioned at the end of a user-name.
XTC Legacy Dog Tags;
Realm Denizen - Roleplayers who do not Tech, and are not members of an XTC Legacy guild/faction.
Tag; [D].
Magistrate - Roleplayers with an active sense of obligation to the community; peace-keepers and general moderators.
Tag; [M].
Guildmaster - Roleplayers who excel at Tech and strive for excellence in roleplay as well, adopting the role of mentor in a specific profession.
Tag; [GM].
Fighter's Guild - Roleplayers who have been recruited by the Fighter's Guild.
Tag; [FG].
Mage's Guild - Roleplayers who have been recruited by the Mage's Guild.
Tag; [MaG].
Thieves' Guild - Roleplayers who have been recruited by the Thieves' Guild.
Tag; [TG].
Slayer's Guild - Roleplayers who have been recruited by the Thieve's Guild.
Tag; [SG].
Merchant's Guild - Roleplayers who have been recruited by the Merchant's Guild.
Tag; [MeG].
Mercenaries - Roleplayers confident enough in their Tech capability to become free-lance mercenaries.
Tag; [Merc].
Clan & Family Tags - Clan and Family tags follow the same format as guild tags, using an abbreviated form of the clan's title as an appendment.
Tech Tags;
Freestylists - Roleplayers who don't want to participate in turn-base or speed-base but still enjoy an occasional fight make use of a freestyle system, but are otherwise denizens.

Turn-basers - Roleplayers who follow the Technical Battle System turn-base format.
Tag; [T1].
Speed-basers - Roleplayers who follow the Technical Battle System speed-base format.
Tag; [T2].
Hybrid - Roleplayers who can use both turn-base and speed-base, and choose to practice both.
